Like any nonprofit, financial donations are crucial to maintaining our goals and carrying out our mission. Every contribution goes directly toward supporting the families and players we serve. We believe in full transparency when it comes to how donations are used. At any point a donor may request a report and statements on how the funds are being allocated. Equipment housing – safe and organized storage units to keep donated gear in good condition until it’s ready to be distributed.

Cleaning and preparation – every piece of gear is carefully cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before being passed along to its next player.

Distribution efforts – including local drop-offs, shipping costs, and transportation to get gear where it’s needed most.

Marketing and outreach – spreading awareness to reach more families, volunteers, and supporters who share our mission.

Program development – improving our systems, partnerships, and community events that help connect players with equipment.
